PandaDoc was seamlessly integrated to provide an easy-to-use PDF solution for candidate registration, Client signed terms & timesheet management. The solution was designed to address every challenge, with particular emphasis on automating calculations to eliminate errors and ensure financial precision. Key components included:

• A Centralised Database: Searchable by trade, location, skill sets, and certifications, streamlining candidate management.
• Automated Timesheet Processing: Simplifying the upload of approved timesheets and automatically applying correct charge rates, pay rates, hours worked, and locations with 100% accurate formulas to ensure no discrepancies in financial tracking.
• Invoice and Payroll Automation: Generating client invoices and payroll data automatically, ensuring every penny is accounted for without manual intervention.
• Real-Time Dashboards: Displaying performance metrics such as GP, timesheets processed, and leader-boards to motivate recruitment consultants.
• Financial Monitoring Tools: Highlighting overdue invoices, payments received, and credit limits to improve cash flow management and supply decisions.
